“Management company usually has the toughest job, dealing with disputes and managing issues and negativity on a constant basis and I have dealt with many of them. I have to say so far they have been excellent at resolving issues and responding in a professional manner. Yolanda has been wonderful and while some of my complaints have been written in a angry manner she has always be courteous and resolved my issues. Issues will always occur what I look for and admire is how it is dealt with and the human approach! Great job guys!”

“It's a rare occurrence when you come across a company as large and successful as Urban Resource that still genuinely cares about its clients and tenants, however with the Urban Resource team, that's exactly what you'll find! Since signing my lease a year ago, the entire staff was nothing short of amazing. That very few times that I had minor issues with my unit, they quickly and effectively resolved it.
