Originally from Colombia, Luis spent more than nine years managing construction, logistics, and infrastructure projects before transitioning into real estate. His technical expertise, combined with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate Specialization in Project Management, allows him to provide clients with valuable insight when navigating important real estate decisions.
