Ivy began her career in real estate working in title and closing coordination, where she developed a strong foundation in contracts, compliance, and transaction management. She later advanced into on-site condominium and new home sales, sales management, and large-scale condo conversions, successfully overseeing high-volume projects and leading sales teams.

In addition to her sales experience, she has managed portfolios of over 300 long- and short-term rental units, working closely with owners, tenants, and contractors while improving operational efficiency and reducing tenant turnover. Since 2020, she has been a Realtor® Associate serving Miami Beach and surrounding areas, guiding buyers, sellers, and investors with professionalism, clarity, and strategic insight.
