With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Edgar brings a wealth of knowledge, discipline, and passion to his role as the Sales Director at Urban Resource. A licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), he specializes in residential sales and new construction, leading the company’s sales operations with a focus on growth, performance, and exceptional client service.

Before transitioning into real estate, Edgar built a successful career as a Human Resources professional, earning a bachelor’s degree in human resources from UCAB University in Caracas and a master’s in business from José María Vargas University. His background in HR negotiations honed his ability to understand people, anticipate challenges, and deliver meaningful outcomes - skills that now define his leadership approach and the way he mentors his team.

A former national-level baseball player in Venezuela, Edgar continues to bring that same spirit of dedication and teamwork to his professional life. Outside of real estate, he enjoys tennis, bowling, theater, and film, and remains active in his church and local community, attending real estate industry events and outreach initiatives.

Edgar’s philosophy is rooted in the timeless principle: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” He believes that active listening, commitment, and empathy are the cornerstones of exceptional service. These qualities distinguish him as a trusted leader and motivator.
