You won’t find a congestion of high-rise condominiums being built here. This district is primarily single-family homes made up of smaller historic communities that include Bay Point, Morningside, Bayside, Belle Meade, Palm Grove and Shorecrest. Most of these communities are gated and contain some of Miami’s most historic and tranquil areas near the bay.
